Get The Tenant You Want

Before being approved all tenants must go through a comprehensive application process. Each applicant must first fill out an application form and produce photo identification and 100 points of I.D. The application is then scrutinised and assessed thoroughly.

Comprehensive Tenant Screening

We call upon previous landlords and managing agents to check how their property was maintained, frequency of rental payments, tenant attitude, and the condition of their property when the tenant vacated the premises. We also have unlimited access to a national database* to ensure there have been no defaults registered with previous Agents.

Routine Inspections

Inspections are carried out on a six monthly basis to provide us with the opportunity to ensure the tenant is maintaining your property to your expected standards. If the property is not up to standard we then issue the tenant with the appropriate notices and follow up with a re-inspection to ensure that all of our requests have been complied with.
